Just log in to your MyBundle account. In your account's drop down menu (select your profile image in the top right), there is a section titled "Profile Details." Select that, and you will be taken to a page listing your account details. Just select "Credit Card Info" on that page and you will see a list of any cards that are saved to your account.
You can select the "Remove" button next to any cards you want to remove!
