You’re seeing this message because the email you’re using doesn’t match the email that received your Streaming Reward invitation 😊

Quick fixes to try:

  1. Find your invitation email

    • Search your inbox (and Spam) for “MyBundle” or your internet provider’s name.

  2. Use that exact email to sign in

    • If needed, sign out and try again using a private/incognito browser window.

  3. Forgot your password?

    • Use “Forgot password” with the invited email address.

If you didn’t receive an invite:

  • Invitations usually arrive 7–10 days after installation or upgrade.

  • If it’s been more than 10 days, reach out to us for help.
