Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Here's what to expect.
When does renewal happen?
Your plan renews on the same date each month as when it was first activated. You can see your next renewal date in your MyBundle account under My Plan, Subscription, or Account.
If you ported your number in, your subscription activates when the port completes — so your renewal date is based on that date, not when you first signed up.
Tip: Short-month edge case: if you signed up on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, your renewal date falls on the last day of any shorter month (for example, Feb 28 or 29). It returns to your original date the following month, when that day exists again.
What happens at renewal
• Your payment method is charged automatically for the next cycle
• Your data allowance resets to the full amount
• Your calls and SMS allowance (if applicable) also resets
• Any unused data from the previous cycle does not carry over
If payment fails at renewal
If the renewal charge is declined:
• The MyBundle account will notify you and prompt you to update your payment method
• Service may be restricted until the payment is resolved
• Updating your payment method will trigger a retry
See My payment failed — what do I do? for steps.
Cancelling before renewal
If you cancel your plan, it remains active until the end of the current cycle. You will not be charged for the next cycle.
• Cancellation does not generate a refund for the current cycle
• If you want to keep your number, initiate a port-out before cancelling
Tip: You will not receive a separate invoice for each renewal by default. Billing history is available in your MyBundle account under Account or Billing.
