If your eSIM installed successfully but service hasn't started yet, this is usually a short provisioning delay. Here's what to check.
Wait a few minutes
After installation, the network needs to provision your eSIM. This normally takes 1–5 minutes but can take up to 15 minutes in some cases. Keep the device connected to Wi-Fi and give it time before troubleshooting.
Check your subscription status
Log in to your MyBundle account and open Mobile Dashboard. Toggle the eSIM line off and on
iPhone: Settings → Cellular → select your new eSIM line → turn Turn On This Line off, wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on.
Android / Samsung: Settings → Network & internet → SIM cards → disable your new eSIM, wait 10 seconds, then re-enable it.
Restart your device
After toggling, restart fully. When the device comes back on, check whether service appears.
Check signal and network mode
• Make sure you are not in a weak signal area
• On Android, try setting the network mode to LTE/4G only if you are on a 5G setting and experiencing instability
Log in to your MyBundle account, click the person icon in the top right, then click 'Mobile' to open your Mobile Dashboard. Select 'Get Help' to start a chat with our mobile support team, who can help with any questions or issues.
