Instead of managing separate subscriptions, you can access live TV and on‑demand content from various providers—all in one place. Whether you’re looking to simplify your streaming setup or save money with a competitive bundled price, MyBundle.tv is here to help.

Our Partnership with ISPs:
Many users join us through our ISP partners who offer discounted or free streaming services and devices. To claim any rewards from your ISP, please register using the same email address your ISP has on record.


2. Authentication Methods

Email & Password Login

  • Registration:

    • Visit the reward page you receive in an email from either MyBundle or your Internet Service Provider.

    • Enter your valid email address and create a secure password.

  • Login:

    • Click Login in the top right of the navigation menu on desktop or access it via the hamburger menu on mobile.

    • Enter your registered email and password.

    • If you encounter login issues, use the “Forgot Password” link.

Social Login

  • Supported Platforms:
    (Note: This option is available only when signing up for a generic, non-ISP-related account.)

    • Google, Facebook, Apple

  • How to Use:

    • On the login page, click the appropriate social login button.

    • Authenticate using your social account credentials.

    • Important: Ensure your social account’s email is current, as it will be linked to your MyBundle.tv account.


3. Account Creation & Setup

  1. Getting Started:

    • Choose your preferred authentication method (Email & Password or Social Login).

    • Complete the registration process with accurate details.

  2. Profile Configuration:

    • After logging in, navigate to My Account to update your profile details, including your name and contact information.

  3. Important Reminder for Rewards:

    • When registering—especially if you’re accessing MyBundle.tv via an ISP partnership—use the email address that your ISP recognizes. This is crucial for claiming your discounted or free streaming rewards.


4. Account Recovery & Password Reset

  1. Forgot Password:

    • On the login page, click the “Forgot Password?” link.

    • Enter your registered email address.

    • Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

    • Alternatively, reset your password directly by visiting: Reset Password.

  2. Social Login Recovery:

    • If you primarily use social login and experience issues, verify that your social account is active and that its linked email address is up to date.

  3. Account Lockout:

    • Multiple failed login attempts may temporarily lock your account. If this occurs, please contact support for assistance.


5. Managing Account Settings

  • Update Personal Information:

    • Log in to My Account to edit your profile details.

  • Change Email:

    • Click the profile icon in the top right corner.

    • Select Profile Details.

    • Update your First Name, Last Name, Username, and Email as needed.

  • Change Password:

    • Click the profile icon in the top right corner.

    • Select Profile Details and then Change Password.

    • Enter your old and new passwords, then click the Update Password button.


6. Reward Claiming Process

At MyBundle.tv, rewards (such as discounted or free streaming services/devices) are provided through our ISP partnerships. To successfully claim your reward:

  1. Verify Your Registered Email:

    • Ensure that the email you registered with matches the one your ISP has on record. This verification step is mandatory.

  2. Update if Necessary:

    • If your registered email does not match your ISP’s records, update your email in My Account or contact support for assistance.

  3. Still Having Issues?

    • If you’ve verified your email but are still unable to claim your reward, please reach out to our support team.


7. Email Notification Preferences

  • Unsubscribing from Emails:

    • To stop receiving email notifications from MyBundle.tv, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.

    • You will be directed to a page where you can enter your email address to unsubscribe.

8. Account Deletion
