Important Update: Your MyBundle streaming credit card has changed

What You Need to Know About Your New Card and How to Update Your Payment Information

Last updated on 29 Oct, 2025

Why Do I Need to Switch Cards?

MyBundle had an issue with its old payment card vendor and had to switch to a new one. That means the old cards needed to be cancelled and replaced with new ones. Your old card is canceled now and cannot be used for any future payments. So your streaming service would be unable to collect payment from you, and eventually (based on their policy), your subscription would expire. Please use the new card to update your payment information with any streaming services you have already subscribed to and to subscribe to any new services. We have tutorials here on how to swap your payment method at any streaming service.

What Happens to My Outstanding Balance?

The entire outstanding balance from the reward you received has been transferred to the new card. In fact, in some cases (for example, monthly rewards), we have put more than one month on the card to help make the transition easier. In the end, you will get whatever balance or number of months of credits or services was remaining from the reward you received.

Please note: The new cards cannot accept any funds that you add yourself (top-ups). Any funds you added yourself previously that were still in your account have been refunded to you via credit card. That can take 3-5 days to show up on your card. You will not be able to add funds going forward.

What About Remaining Months on a Monthly Reward?

If you have received a monthly reward (for example, $20/month for 6 months or 12 months of Peacock), you will ultimately receive that full value. Again, in some cases, we have given you some of those credits sooner to make it easier for you to spend them.

What If I Had a Specific Service (e.g., Hulu for 6 Months) Instead of a Dollar Amount?

That is really the same as getting credits. You still had to use the old card to go subscribe to that streaming service. (With that kind of reward, the card is just smart enough to know it can only be spent on a particular service or services.) So, you will still have to change your payment information at that service and the card will still give you all the months you are entitled to.

What If I Don’t Update My Payment Method?

Your old card is canceled now and cannot be used for any future payments. So your streaming service would be unable to collect payment from you, and eventually (based on their policy), your subscription would expire. Please use the new card to update your payment information with any streaming services you have already subscribed to and to subscribe to any new services. We have tutorials here on how to swap your payment method at any streaming service.

How Do I Know If I’m Looking at My New Card on MyBundle?

We’ve removed all references to your old card in your MyBundle account. The card you see there is the new one. If you stored the old card information anywhere else, please delete or tear it up.

How Can I Tell Which Services Are Using My Old Card?

When you are logged in to your streaming card account, scroll down from the image of the payment card and you will get to a Payment History. That is a helpful record of the subscriptions you have purchased. Some or all of these will be billing you monthly and will bill the old cancelled card if you do not swap in the new one.

Can I Add Funds to My New Card?

We regret that you cannot. That is the only difference between the old cards and the new cards. You might need to get a bit more adventurous to spend as much as possible of the credits you have been given. Check out our streaming marketplace to discover services that cost as little as a couple of dollars a month.
