Once your plan is active and your eSIM is installed, here's what to check to make sure everything is set up correctly.
Confirm your eSIM is the active data line
If your device has more than one SIM, make sure your new eSIM is set as the default for mobile data:
iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data → select your new line
Android / Samsung: Settings → Network & internet → SIM cards → set the new eSIM as the preferred data SIM
Check calls and texts are routing correctly
If you want to use this number for calls and SMS:
iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Default Voice Line → select your new eSIM
Android: Settings → SIM card manager → set the new eSIM as preferred for calls and SMS
Test your connection
• Make a test call or send a test message
• Open a website or MyBundle account to confirm mobile data is working
• If you have Wi-Fi enabled, temporarily turn it off to confirm data is coming through the eSIM and not Wi-Fi
Set up voicemail
If your plan includes voicemail, you'll need to set it up the first time.
