When a refund may be considered

• You were charged twice for the same billing cycle due to a billing error
• Your service was not provided or was significantly disrupted due to an issue on our end
When a refund is generally not available
• You cancelled your plan but the billing cycle had already started
• You did not use your plan during the cycle
• A data add-on was purchased and used
