You won't receive a physical SIM card — your eSIM is delivered digitally and can be installed on your device within minutes.
After purchase, your eSIM will be provided through one of the following:
• On-screen immediately after checkout
• in your MyBundle account where you purchased your plan — look for an eSIM or Activate section
• By email or SMS, with a QR code or installation link
Scan the QR code or tap the activation link and your eSIM will download directly to your device. Make sure your device is eSIM-compatible before purchasing
Tip: You need a Wi-Fi or mobile data connection to download the eSIM. You cannot install it without internet access.
